dry ice will smoke if it's in cold water, room temp, or hot water. you can use any liquid. are you planning a scary Halloween scene?

You can use any temperature water you want. And it will make for a cool effect. Just make sure that there is an adult serving the juice, because while it is not poisonous, if anyone gets a cube of it in there cup, it will burn them. It's THAT cold. Be careful and have fun. Good luck.

If you want to use dry ice for decor. then do it, but don't let ANYONE drink it. Dry ice will cause burns! 3rd degree burns in your throat and stomache will kill you. If you handle it, wear gloves!

it will smoke in any liquid. but i would NOT drink anything its in.
