i can't hear the voices in my windows media player when i play a movie. when i put in a movie into my drive, it plays the movie but none of the voices will play...only the background music! can anyone help! thanks ^-^

U have to check Volume control, when u play cd, OR u should check the wire of ur com. speakers,

first thing u have to do is that check whther the volume setting are alright or not
then
check the hardware conection of the speaker and the headphones
ur audio sport files might have been lost . so, install them , this are given along with the sysytem when u purchase the system
