I'm going to be in a wedding and I'd like to lose 10 more pounds. I've been dieting for the last 2 months, but I haven't lost as much weight as I need to.

Drink water, about 8 glassess a day. Don;t snack at night. Stop the Carbs, and walk, walk, walk

If you need to lose 10 lb by Nov. 4. My best advice would be. Instead of eating breakfast have a can of boost or ensure. For lunch bring yogurt. when you get hungry between drink water to make the hunger pains go way. Have a good dinner 3 course meal with water.Eat nothing after dinner. If you have to have a glass of milk before bed to settle your tummy so you will sleep better. Do not drink any soda what so ever!! That alone if you drink it alot could take up to 5lb off.

Diet alone does nothing to lose weight. You need to go to the gym and hit that hard. I lost 12 pounds in three weeks. All I did was cut fast food out of my diet and hit the gym every other day for two hours straight with the emphasis on cardio. Good luck!

drink 1.5 ounces of water for every pound you weigh (daily) and that should eliminate your water weight. cut at least 3,500 calories from each week you have left or more if you overeat a lot (there are 3,500 calories in one pound of fat) try to eat small meals every 3 1/2 hours and stay away from junk. and if you have the self discipline, take two fish oil caplets every morning and take a 45 minute walk. fish oil is one of the few substances know to eliminate belly fat and the walk/fish oil combo makes most people's metabolism soar. most importantly, remember to feel comfortable and beautiful and to stand up straight b/c lack of confidence is lack of beauty. also, don't ever use unhealthy methods to lose weight b/c perceived beauty is not more important than health. have fun at the wedding.

Low Carb Diet is the fastest way, ( fast and easy )
I was on this diet for a few months and I would lose a good amound every week.
This is not a good diet to stay on for a very long time
but if youre just trying to lose some pounds for the wedding then you should be fine.

You can always work out. ( takes time, hard work )

try drinking herbal tea. It is actually a laxative. If not try drinking citrate magnaesm. It is also a laxative. The tea is better. U can but sugar in it. Just be careful if u do because i had to use it one time to lose 10 pounds to join the army. It works. The important thing to remember is that it is a laxative.

Exercise is the key, make daily chores like house hold cleaning a work out. Walk as many places as you can without driving. But the most important thing about the wedding is having fun!

Cut out all dairy and bread and fat. Eat Weetabix with oatbran on top. No sugar at all , eat loads of fruit, Salads with balsamic vinegar, No Spuds at all. chicken breasts, pears and drink 8 glasses of water a day. You can have a couple of slices of bacon at the weekends but NO Bread and NO Dairy at alll. You can have semi-skimmed Goatsmilk on the Weetabix. You need never go hungry, and OH do not eat bananas!

well, i stay skinny by eating like french ladies do. they eat healthy food and in small portions and enjoy it instead of just eating 2 eat. they also put their fork or spoon down after every bite. also, u should walk bout a mile or so in the morning every day. also, when u r hungery when its not time 2 eat, have water. some times when u think u r hungery, u r really just dehidrating most of the time. good luck! :D
