If you're going to consume alcoholic beverages anyway, and you want to prevent a hangover, never drink on an empty stomach, alternate each alcoholic drink with a glass of water, and avoid going to sleep drunk (tipsy is okay).

My personal experience is that decent vodka is less horrible later than some other things, however, I do know the worst, TEQUILA is BELLIGERENT and EVIL and WANTS to HURT YOU!!

stay away from the sweet drinks and dark liquors as well as the mixers as it the sugars that often cause the hangovers one other major cause of a hangover is dehydration as it important to remember to drink a big glass of water before you go to bed
as far as beer stay away from cheep beers and that includes millers and Budweiser. best beer are European and small brewery chains that use the 4 ingredients beer should have which is water Malt yeast and hops the reason why german beer seldom give any bad hangovers the Reinheitsgebot law which prohibits any thing else in their beer.

The worst is a mix of drinks and wines or liquors that are sweetened.Least hangovers are light beers.Drink lots of water after drinking to get rid of the alcohol. Eat very fat foods before drinking,it slows down the process.T.........equila t.....errible

Light liquors do not result in a hangover as quickly. Dark liquors have more cogeners, and that's what causes a hangover.

Water...

Beer is the WORST... the salt content greatly increases the dehydrating effect of the alcohol (and dehydration is what causes the hangover)
