Here are the seven holy virtues as opposites to the seven deadly sins. According to Dante's The Divine Comedy the sins have an order of greatness, and the virtues a respective order of greatness as well. This order is shown below from the lowest to the highest.

Humility (humbleness)

Lust (inappropriate desire)

Sloth (laziness)
Wrath (anger)
Envy (jealousy)
Pride (vanity)

Lust, Sloth, Avarice, Wrath, Envy, Pride and Gluttony.
Sloth is my fav, I'm lazy lazy lol. But if I do get off my duff, I prefer a heaping helping of Lust with a gravy-bowl of gluttony on the side!

I'm probably guiltiest of envy and pride, but lust is the most fun.

Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) told us about them and warned us from them:
Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) observed: Avoid the seven most grievous sins. (The hearers) asked: What are they, Allah's Messenger? He (the Holy Prophet) replied: Associating anything with Allah, magic, killing of one whom Allah has declared inviolate without a just cause, devouring the property of an orphan, dealing in usury, fleeing on the day of fighting, and calumniating the chaste, innocent, believing women. "Bukhari"
And non of them is favourite because they are all sins..woh can I perfer a sin? I hate them all and I pray to Allah to keep me from them.
