The original "Medical Weight Loss Diet" was basically a medium carbohydrates diet that allowed about 60 carb per day. The key to the diet was the boredom. It called for the same food pretty much everyday. This also made the rounds as "The Air Force Diet"

Breakfast Everyday:
2 eggs, 2 pieces of sausage or 2 slices of bacon, 1 slice toast.

Lunch Everyday:
as much lean meat as you want(chicken, lean beef, eggs, lean pork)
1 cup of mixed salad greens
mayonnaise for salad dressing.

Sunday: Brunch-All the fruit you can eat at 1 sitting!(Instead of breakfast and lunch.)

Snack Everyday:
1 small tomato or 1 small orange

Free Foods: Iceberg lettuce, celery, mayo, boiled eggs, coffee, tea, sugar-free bottled water.

No No Foods: anything not listed including ketchup, salad dressing, non-dairy creamers, sugar, bread other than as listed.

Dinner:
Monday-As much lean chicken as you want, as much salad as you want, mayonnaise for dressing.
Tuesday-As much lean pork as you want, as much salad as you want, mayonnaise for dressing.
Wednesday-As much lean beef as you want, 2 ounces of hard cheese, as much salad as you want, mayonnaise for dressing.(Cheeseburger night!)
Thursday-As much lean turkey as you want, as much salad as you want, mayonnaise for dressing.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://tinyurl.im/aHLtZ

The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

Exercise or no exercise you won't be able to lose the weight if you don't cut your food intake but we all know that's pretty hard, right? A good appetite suppressant can help you out big time but it has to be natural or you can get into serious heath problems.

I lost 38 lbs in 2 months by using garcinia cambogia extract (FDA approved 100% natural). In my first month 26 and then 12 the second month. I was an emotional eater and these supplements changed my life. They act like an appetite suppressant so I didn't feel like eating anymore. Not hungry anymore -> Lower calories -> Lose weight, simple as that. I did no exercises just 20 minutes walks 5 days a week.

It's been 4 months since I lost the weight and I did not gain any pounds back, actually I lost another 5 lbs (I stop taking them after I lost the weight). If you want to take a look here is a website where you can find discounts: http://www.garciniapromo.com I got them 30% off from here. Hope this helps!
