Don't drink? Drink sensibly? Water before bed? All completely impossible. I fully agree that a large bloody mary followed by another two or three spread out over a two hour period and you'll be on top of the world. Plenty of tabasco and pepper to cut through the foul taste that you'll probably have in your mouth. Hangovers are not nice and you just have to ride them out so you might has well just take the edge off it. I will put money on it that this will have you feeling simply fabulous!!

To begin with never mix your drinks, the grape with the grain and all that. Before retiring drink as many glasses of water as you possibly can,one of the glasses of water should have an effervescent vitamin c tablet dissolved in it,3 or 4 Cherry or Pomodorino tomatoes, that gives you even more vitamin c,and puts something into your stomach instead of alcohol alone,2 Aspirin or painkillers of your choice. For me it's foolproof,it's never yet failed.I wake up feeling just fine.No queasiness,no headache, alert and ready for the day.

Drink water, lots and lots of water, the headache is caused by dehydration I am told, and your kidneys need to be flushed out as much as possible, as soon as possible.
If I happen to have drunk a little bit too much during an evening, I always drink a pint of water before I go to bed if I can, this may disturb my sleep at some point, but I rarely get a hang over!

Why drink too much in the first place-then you wouldnt need a hangover cure. i grew out of getting drunk years ago and whats the point you only feel like crap in the morning and its a waste of money.

Well, back in the day... 2 Excedrin's with Alka Seltzer did the trick once in awhile, but today, the best I have found is to not drink, then I don't have to deal with it anymore.

Sometimes a beer on the morning of the hangover will ease the pain.

Don't drink.
If you do-drink slow and drink sweet drinks not whiskey.
Start popping pills like tylenol before bed.
