Great leaders are people that can teach, coach, guild and give helpful feedback to help develop a person to be better in any aspect.
With that the followers give loyalty and work towards supporting the leader out of the valuable information and guidance that the leader provided. The followers then become better leaders for other followers and the chain keeps rolling.

It depends entirely upon what type of situation/people/government and so on, the leader is expected to lead. What might be considered great for one country (for example, Chairman Mao, for early Communist China), would have been disastrous for our country.
Also, a leader must have at LEAST" a) a good knowledge of his/her country. b) a scholastic understanding of what leaders do and how they use others to help them, and c) care enough about the future of his/her country to give up personal preferences/biases in favor of the greater good.
IMO, we can see that our current "leader", the WB, had done/had none of these. Where can we GO but up???!

A great leader would be one whom listens to the people and acts in their best interests, without a personal agenda. One whom inspires other leaders as well.

Demoncrat (just my opoinon >>), fast thinker in bad situations, honest but able to lie if he or she has to, clear thinker, open minded, stern, and serious when needed.
