I'm pretty sure they can see the same colors we can but they see blue and green the best and red is harder for them to see.

I don't think cats perceive colour as well as humans. Their sight is superior in low-light situations, where colour perception is less important.
An easy example is lions. They are almost totally colour blind and this in turn explains zebras' colour scheme. To us it shouts out, but to a lion it is a disruptive pattern, breaking up the shape of the zebra.

Same as human sense of seeing....the different is they can not signify or identify what color is it coz they dont have this kind of knowledge.
