can someone live on 600 calories

i m 40 yrs wt 150 5'6

No, your body would panic and go into Starvation mode. Your body would first eat all you muscles, then start eating your internal organs( you fat would be what it gave up last) plus, you body would hang onto every calorie you ate and turn it into FAT! (plus as an adult your motabolism is already slowing down, this would make it worse

Not healthy! You should be eating at least 1400 calories!
review the following website. it has lots of information about diet, exercise, modivational stories, and insights into why you may be an emotional eater. Even if 150 is good for your body size, the site will give you information on a health diet to maintain your weight.

No, you need at least 700 calories to survive. You would probably die of starvation within a few months and by that time your muscles would vanish and you would only have fat and organs. Your body would then eat away at your organs until you suffered a painful death
So Id say try something else

yes, but not forever...

don't forget SOME people FAST with only water for weeks and months (hunger strike)...

so 600 calories can be done, but you'll be low on energy (at first) and perhaps light headed, until your stored toxins are gone, but it can be done....CAREFULLY
