Well when life gets me down, I try to look at all I have, it's so much more than most of the poverty stricken world. I go outside and breathe. I help someone who needs it more than me. Those things usually set my perspective straight. Tears and desparation? Cry. Nothing else will help. Let it out. If you have a friend or loved one who will let you cry without trying to fix it for you...you are lucky and should ask them for a shoulder. Time alone? Well you have to make time alone for yourself. As a mother of 3 (one is a busy toddler) sometimes I tell my hubby that I'm in need....so I go in the bathroom, lock the door, light a candle and just be. Sometimes I go for a walk. But in today's busy world you often have to carve time out for yourself. As for the nightmares....you should see a doctor. Nightmares can be from something as simple as a nutritional imbalance to something as complicated as depression. See a doctor. Take back your life.

Remember I don't live in a country where there is war everyday ,genocide ,starvation, and death due to lack of medical services. I am not trying to be a smart a**. That is actually what I do. Plus I call friends and family who love me and drink in the feeling to replenish my injured soul. Hope things get better for you soon.

I feel you girl. I've been experiencing the same thing. Just know that everything works together for the good to them who love the Lord and are called according to His purpose. And know that you're not the only one going through.
Be Blessed!

It might sound crazy but I just watch t.v. when I'm depressed. It relaxes me and takes my mind off of everything. That's why I get a little sad when I lose it.It's a good thing the cable company I'm with is stupid because I haven't paid for that **** in months

just find somewhere quiet and litteraly sit down and stare outside the window even if its dark outside - just for 10 or 15 minutes
We all need to just relax sometimes and get away from all the pressure on us
good luck :-)

the best thing is to let it all out. cry, scream, vent to a friend, or even inanimate objects, write it down and then tear it up, listen to music you enjoy, take a walk, go party

been there and done that.
I cried out to the lord and he heard my prayer, and send two different people to help me and my wife.
one family I had never seen before or since, and they repaired my truck, brought sandwiches and drinks.
the other was my pastor, who drove 150 miles to bring us $400.00 dollars to get us to where we were going.
