i do when i see him i melt i dont want no free rent or nothin like that i get warm when im around him i just put this question up on here and it wasnt really good answers sombody gave me a link to a dating site i want my landlord no one else!!!!! some one please give me real advice when i walk by i feel him either watching me or thinking aout me i really feel him and it is strong when i walk by.....

Well, you should be telling him how you feel, and not us.
BUT,
Is he married, dating, taken, whatever?
What, you do not know? Well, it might be a good thing to find out. Other than that, you need to direct your energies toward him. I do not know your personality, or his, so it will be hard to tell you how to engage initially.
Maybe when it gets a bit colder, you could have a cup of hot chocolate prepared when he is around, and maybe go up to him and ask him if he would like it. It shouldn't take too many little invites for him to get an idea where your head is, then if he is into it, he should make an invite of his own.
