You don't need that crappola, brother. Just let your dreds come the natural way. Stop combing your hair. Try not to wash it, if it starts smelling put your hands in the water and bring them across your hair. If you need help with your dreds by some dread cream, but don't use mayo or any stupid remedies like that.

oh please please please please PLEASE DONT GET DREAD LOCKS. i in simple terms have been given accomplished telling yet another guy that they are called DREADlocks simply by fact human beings DREAD watching them. its no longer flattering on females and seems stupid on adult men.
