we meat about 1 year ago , he works in a bar and since then ive hade the bigest cruch on him , yesterday i saw him kissing a girl, should i asum the worst or just keep on trying ?

Does he like you? Talk to him. If he doesn't like you and is interested in someone else, then you should move on and quit following him.
