im 14 and i dont have kids i was just wondering cause my aunt is in this situation...

she didnt pick em' they just went up to her and said i goona be the godparents of .her...and about a month ago they gat in a fight over her and nopw they hate each other cause of the words exchanged and really bad things happened...

She chose the God-parents or at least was involved in the decision of who they would be. She should have given it a lot more thought. You shouldn't let it bother you.
Be greatful you can learn from her mistake, and didn't have to learn from your own.

What is important is that you trust your childs godparents to raise your child right. Godparents are there in case anything happens to the parents of the child. Should anything happen, the godparents step in and raise the child. So if it is just a personality conflict, it isn't too awful if she still trusts that they would do what needs to be done for her child should the need arise.

It's never GOOD to hate anyone...especially if they are connected to the family. They don't have to be best friends, but when they find themselves together in a social situation they should be polite.

If nothing is legally in writing it won't hold true anyhow that they will be the godparents.

Then why pick them as the god parents if you don't like them. If you didn't like them then you should have thought-en it out better and you should have never picked them.

God parents where give to them for one reason only to be there when the parents are not there anymore and to help guide them...does not mean we have to like them or agree with them...
