It's not that you convey anger. How text is read is a matter of interpretation, and different for each person. If you are indeed evolving, then you are the living proof that we are asked to provide daily.

You ask God for the grace to not lash out. And then you trust in your faith in Him, to take care of it. But you convey it thru words of God. Yes, it does mean you are evolving, if you are being genuine.

it is easy to convey anger in text. u start writing swear words

It's defntly a good thing when you can express emotion in your writing. Whatever technique you use, keeping it honest and true to experience (most importantly your own) will always help your work and guide your unique style.
(i think i've misunderstood your question... I thought you were a writer or something)

Using all caps conveys shouting and shouting be angry.
