Meat helps build proteins, but there is not much you can do about getting taller or growing faster, because your height and body type is already predetermined by your genes.

Don't waste your money on fads. A good balanced diet without to much strarch but plenty of crunchy vegetables as well as proteins like meat and beans, and nuts. Healthy exercise like running and jumping and so on. You will grow about as much as you are supposed to so long as you are not starving yourself.

cj got some good stuff-but first relax-the oak tree that grows without setting its roots falls at the first fall wind-be yourself-eat protien and relax on the junk foods-and exercise daily-david in his amazing grace :D
