mmm.. sounds good!
I put also frozen about 40 Blueberries and 3-5 strawberries, 4 plums, 1 banana, whole fat milk, and 2 tbs coconut oil (which is really healthy also to prepare food with in frying pan instead of soy or vegetable oils that can become oxidised and cause vessel damage.)

My kids usually are the smoothie makers but the one they make most often includes frozen concentrated fruit juice of their choice with tons of fresh or frozen mixed berries or assorted fruit to include peaches and ice.
They also love to make peanut butter, vanilla ice cream and milk.
Vanilla , ice cream, frozen concentrated orange juice, vanilla extract, and ice
Milk, ice, vanilla yogurt, sliced bananas, and protein powder
