Well I don't think it's too bad, it's had a reputation for years but I think there are a lot of worse places to live. It's not the Buckland Estate, be thankful for that!
Having said that, I wouldn't want to be hanging round outside at night! But then, hanging round in any part of Torquay nowadays is bad. The place ain't what it used to be...
Also having said that, I moved from Torquay to Manchester so I'm obviously a glutton for punishment. LOL

Could be worse, bit run down but at least it's not too far from town, if you could find somewhere a bit further up Barton Hill it might be better
