i have not been able to work out for almost 2 months. last tuesday i was finaly able too. i did my bis and tris...but i have a problem. its day 4 and my bicepts hurt. my right one is tight but easy to bend. but the left on is super tight nest my elbow and i have to force it to do any thing. normaly they are sore like this 2 days after i work them but now its day 4 so i dont know. any advice? any thing at all? perhaps i hurt the bicept too much?

Since you havnt wked out for 2 months your muscles arnt used to tht much strain therefore need longer to recover. You can reduce this by eating more protein; eat more meat or hav more protein shakes 1g to 1lb, so if your 150lbs take 150grams of protein a day, remembering not to takes more then 30grams at once, so you'd be better of eatin every two hours(you should already be doing this is you r weight lifting) . You could also consider takin creatine; this would speed up ur recovery time alot.

You should to legs today.

Let the arms rest and rebuild themselves. You'll get stronger by letter them rest when they hurt too much.

Also, go see your doctor about it.

No. Just stretch that muscle but don't put it under load
