Value added tax?

Im not sure the context of environmental waste is applicable..

Vat means Value Added Tax.
Everything U buy from clothes 2 food U pay Vat on.
Specifically 2 Environmental Waste, that will B the Tax-payers paying the Fine 2 the EU, coz we've defaulted, again on the recycling quotas.

VAT is Value Added Tax........it is another name for sales tax! In the UK there is less VAT levied on environmentally friendly products as compared to others.........
