Hold an ice cube on them. Do it a few times a day until they are gone.

If you do not have a tube of clearasil, use toothpaste. I'm serious, it works for me. Put one dot on each little pimple or bump before bed. Usually gone by morning, if not repeat the next night. Never cover your entire face in clearasil or any of those skin preparations, as some of them tell you to do so. That makes the condition worse, only cover them one spot at a time.

Mary Kay acne gel is the absolute BEST thing we have found that works like that. And weve tried them all. I recommend it even over prescription meds or creams.

You can use it too, for preventing bumps. My son uses it everyday, and his skin stays clear as long as he stays on it.

I highly recommend it.

Neutragena makes an on the spot ointment for pimples for one...and you can get a clay mask to dab on the spots that are overly oily to help even it out...just do not squeeze them...

My personal favorite is myrrh essential oil applied full strength with a Q-tip.
I've heard that ordinary toothpaste works well too.
