Nothing...mainly because if you look at schools who are year round, nothing is much different. All school years are 180 days. the only difference is that in a year round school, those 180 days are spread out through the entire year. The positive aspects of this is that the breaks are longer. For instance, at the high school that I attended, the fall break was only four days. In the year round school your break may be a week or longer. Depending on where you go nothing major will be a difference. You're not literally going year round.

Learn to see the advantages. My daughter teaches in a year round school and she loves it including her kids. The kids do not get totally worn out by the time a 3 week break comes and they return anxious to continue. It works out very well.

Deal with it. We are one of a hand full of countries where school is not year round, you should get used to it.

accept it, i think its better for ourr children. Apparently they do year round schooling in the UK and the kids like it.
