"Oreo Cookie" dessert - Crush up an entire bag of Oreo cookies.
set aside. Then melt 1/4 cup of butta in the micro for about 20-30 secs. Mix the butta with the crushed cookies. ( BTW...save about 5-6 tbsp of the crushed cookies. Ya gonna need em at the end of the recipe. ) Then press the cookie mixture in the bottom of a 9 x12 glass pan creating a crust. Spread room temp. cream cheese 8 oz over the cookie mixture....then make 2 packages of instant chocolate pudding over the cream cheese. then layer the pudding with a container of cool whip. Then garnish the top of the cool whip with the remaining crumbled cookies...put in the fridge for at least 2 hrs before ya serve. Enjoy!! Don't forget a big glass of milk to wash this cookie down with!!

Trash cake or as some call it dump cake.
You take 2 cans of any kind of pie filling, apple is the best, put it in the bottom of a 9x13 cake pan. Then add 1 box of dry yellow cake mix evenly over the top. Add finely chopped nuts, pecans are best, then take sticks of butter cut in squares and places on top covering the whole thing. Bake at 350 degrees until cake mix is done and enjoy. Yummy !!!!!

Chocolate mousse is my my favorite by far. It is very fun to make from scratch at home if you have a good blender and double boiler.
