Day after day alone on the hill,
The man with the foolish grin is keeping perfectly still,
But nobody wants to know him,
They can see that he's just a fool,
And he never gives an answer,
But the fool on the hill
Sees the sun going down,
And the eyes in his head,
See the world spinning around.

Well on his way his head in a cloud,
The man of a thousand voices talking perfectly loud
But nobody ever hears him,
Or the sound he appears to make,
And he never seems to notice,
But the fool on the hill . . .
Nobody seems to like him
They can tell what he wants to do.
And he never shows his feelings,
But the fool on the hill . . .

No, take it as a compliment. People are far too serious.

Depends on who called you that and why. If you were using sound logic and making valid points, and they disagreed with you and called you a fool, then don't be upset.

If you were arguing emotionally or said some insulting things, well, you can't be too insulted either. Everyone is a fool sometimes, especially when we get hot-headed.

Either way, don't worry about what other people say.

I don't think I'd take it as a compliment! When the Scriptures talk about a fool it's not a nice thing!

That depends on who the comment is comming from.

Never take compliments from a fool, but always cherish a rebuke from a wise man.

in what context?? if someone calls you a fool and it is true, why get upset? they spoke the truth, on the other hand if someone calls you a fool and it is a lie,why get upset you know you are not a fool. Point being if you are centered in GODS UNCONDITIONAL LOVE, and anyone tries to bump you out of that space, ignore the bump, and they are still stuck with their own "BUMP". why should you get envolved with their judgemental behavior.

If you are questioning this at all, calling you a fool is an insult to fools everywhere.

It should not make any difference what you are called, but, you should turn the other cheek and then get on with your life and let other people see that they actually do not matter how you live your life, but, you should love yourself, more than the other people love you, and also remember God loves you for who you are inside, and not by your appearance and you should love God because he created you and he helps you live a lot better life than those other people deserve to live for calling you and God mean names.

it's gonna just be a reflection if one knew
thou shall not judge or be judged
thou shall not say or be said
do unto others and others will do unto u
meaning we are just the same
calling others a fool is a reflective image of that caller
so watch what you gonna a say
