buy whole grain pitas and top with the squeeze pizza sauce, top with mozzarella and whatever toppings they like. Make faces with pepperoni and veggies. Put directly on the oven rack on broil. Keep a good eye on them, but let the bottom get crispy. Its so good and easy

Make a meatloaf, instant mashed potatos, gravy, stringbeans. Buy lunch bags. Label 5 for each kid, put in an apple, a juice box, a bag of chips, a cookie. Line them up on top of the fridge. Make sandwiches for the week and put them in ziplocks. Freeze them. On weekday mornings, grab a bag for each kid, stick a sandwich in and send them to school. The sandwich will be defrosted in time for lunch and you are free every morning all week!
