The only time that I stopped having dreams was when I started drinking heavily and using pot and pills. Once I stopped, I started having dreams again! And they were better and more vibrant than before...if thats your problem, I suggest stopping all that stuff. Its nasty anyways....

You are having dreams, you just dont remember them. Everyone that sleeps goes through a sleep cycle and at various times during the sleep phase have REMs, or Rapid Eye Movements. This is when dreams occur. Many people dont remember their dreams. But there are some studies out there that suggest that dreaming is a necessary part of balanced mental health. In fact, just to prove a point, and theres really no way I can prove this, I dont remember mine from last night LOL. If you ask people if they remember the dream they had last night, chances are several of them wont remember. Theres really nothing you can do to remember your dreams. There are ways out there that suggest that you write things down as soon as you wake up, to write down everything that you remember...but they really arent that effective.

if you are waking up with an alarm that could be messing you up but i think that you probably arent going to bed early enough so then you are too tired to remember your dreams
everyone dreams, every single night, several times but its just a matter of remembering them
sometime before you fall asleep make a point to tell yourself "i will remember my dreams"
it also helps to write them down everyday, because then you can advance your dreaming.. but that a whole different story

Good for you! This means that you are getting very deep sleep and that is regenerative and good for your body.

If you want to dream again, you need to get sleep that is less deep, perhaps eat right before bed, sleep longer hours, or set an alarm clock to wake you in the middle of sleep and then go back to sleep after that.

I say, count your blessings where you can, you know? Lot's of people take drugs to get the kind of sleep you are getting! :)

Read some novels. That helps. However, the main subject of the novels have to be about anything other than sex or romance.
