A lot of people have the same dream many times.
I had a friend years ago (died in Viet Nam) who had the same dream over and over until one night in the dream he said "This doesn't matter because it's only a dream" and never had it again.
You can train yourself to enter some dreams and either end them to change them to something you like. Give it a try. It's free!

No, I have plenbty of dreams 2 or more times.
One which has an apparent plot, where I am with some people I know, and some I don't know in a setting that is somewhat familiar, mixed with some things very familiar mixed with things I have never seen before. I have had it about four times since I was about 7 till 12-13. It is not based on anything that I have ever seen or read.
The weird part is that my sister has dreamed it twice as well.
There is nothing which could have made us both think of the exact same thing like a movie plot or something since it is so extraordinarily absurd in parts.
There is one part which could have been pulled from ET, but for the fact I had never seen it...
Cool, huh???
and we aren't even twins...

No, it's not weird at all. I had the same dream for years about the mailbox on my old house. Dreams are our minds way of telling us what's going on in our subconcious. Write down the most important part of the dream, and the feeling you were left with after the dream. That should give you some good clues as to what it really means. For example, I dreamt of a war going on, and I walked around my neighborhood in the dream seeing buildings bombed. The dreams shifted to my not being able to get out of the camp I was held prisoner in, no matter how hard people tried, no one could leave. In real life, I was living with and taking care of my dad with alzheimer's, and a brother who is mentally disabled. I realize that dream was telling me how trapped I felt by all the responsibility I had taken on. Dreams teach us all kinds of things about ourselves. Keep a journal for six months and you will start to see a pattern. Have fun.

No I dont think it is wierd. I just think it is your subconscious. I have dreams about certain places or a surrounding that is somewhat familiar but different. I do believe we were here before, not in this life but others. How else are we supposed to learn lifes lessons? Certainly not in one life time. That is where I believe dreams come from. past experiences.

Not really. Could mean there's something going on in your head that hasn't been resolved yet, but it's nothing unusual.
