Vitamin C-rich fruits
Vitamin C-rich foods include papaya, guava, pomelo, dalanghita, anonas, kasuy, datiles, atis, tomato, balimbing, guyabano and mango (Table 1). A slice of papaya or a medium-sized guava is enough to provide the body with its daily requirement for vitamin C.

Vitamin C is important for the formation of healthy bones and teeth; increased body resistance to infection and the prevention of scurvy. As mentioned earlier, vitamin C is also important for the improved absorption of non-heme iron from green leafy vegetables.
Incidentally, vitamin C can only be obtained from plant food sources.

Vitamin C is found in a wide spectrum of popular foods, but occurs most commonly in citrus fruits such as lemons, limes, and grapefruits, as well as tomatoes.
Leafy greens such as collards, spinach, and turnip greens are good sources of needed vitamin C in either raw or cooked forms.
Other good food sources of vitamin C include rosehips, strawberries, watercress, papaya, and mangos.
Potatoes and green vegetables such as broccoli, brussel sprouts, and cabbage also provide this essential nutrient.

Amla has a great number of diet C and that i heard that it is not destroyed even in cooking. For all different fruit and veges which comprise diet C, the diet starts off to vanish while it is cut back and little or no is left of it after cooking, if any. I used to take heed to that potatoes have it yet as we frequently eat them cooked i ask your self what use this is. it is extremely uncomplicated, a minimum of in western organic treatments, to do a cleansing quickly wherein one purely takes nimbu pani, lemon in water, for some days. I extremely have in no way heard that too many are undesirable for you. i understand people who drink copious quantities of the undiluted juice and declare they have in no way been so healthful. Moderation is nice in all issues yet do not underuse the superb lemon.
