If it's only on one arm, then go get some "Ivy Dry" liquid and cream. It's probably poison ivy.
If it's mostly on both of your hands, quit smoking that stuff!

Usually the red bumps are from drying, ingrown hairs, and friction with your clothing.

To get rid of them you must scrub them daily and keep the skin moisturized. In about a month, you will see them start to get better as long as you continue to scrub and moisturize.

Is the bumps under the arm pit or on the the arm? if there on the arm you probably allergic to something in the clothes.if its under the arm you probably allergic to the deodorant. try changing detergent and deodorant.well i hope this works for you.

Not sure what is causing the red bumps, but maybe try a cream or ointment called cortate. It is a cortizome cream. You should also ask your pharmacist but I'm pretty sure that's what he or she will recommend, that and to see your doctor.
