Give yourself an oil massage (warm the oil a bit) before you shower. That should make your hair soften and heavy...so it should stay down!!......no peanut butter.....lol!

I had the same problem till 3 weeks ago. Use and Ion coated hair brush (or a roll), Freere Ease set shampoo, cream, oil (set in 5 - selols in Walmarts - total 54$ But the oil is good enough too 14$) ANd a conair stratightener 39$.. They're perfect. But make sure the Ion coated brush comes first. It works magic

try a frizz controller like Sunsilk Green. Beware of John Frieda's blonde dream cream it weighs the hair down with a greasy texture, also stay away from Dove products they can leave the scalp very flacky and itchy...I have the same problem with taming the flyaways and I maintain it with Sunsilk products. A big plus the product smells really nice too.
