Most of the time when i turn on my tv, channels 7-50 are very fuzzy. Channels 1-6 and 50-71 work fine, but all the channels in between are so fuzzy. Every once in a while all of my channels work, but then later it is back to fuzzy. The wierd thing is that when i turn my playstation on, before i switch to tv/video to get my playstation channel, it makes the fuzzy channels clear or less fuzzy. So most of the times i just turn my playstation on so that i can watch the channels i want to see that are usually fuzzy, but what is wrong with my tv?

There is a special part on your TV's electronic Board which is called "TUNER" and it finds and stabilizes your channels.
it is the damged part.
you can either buy a new TV or have it fixed

BUT DON'T FIX IT YOURSELF

It's probably your cable. Do you have the right kind of cable or is the connction loose? Remember, all cables are not created equal.
