How do i tap into a 400amp service?

200 amps go to my house and 200 amps go to my shop on a single meter. There is no room for another breaker or plug in the box so assuming i have to install a box on the outside, how do i tap to the exsisting 200 amp breakers?

YOU DON'T. This is something that needs to be done by a licenced professional. Doing this yourself is dangerous and illegal.

Get a licensed electrical contractor to do it. Just on the off chance you touch something you shouldn't.
