Do you mean amaretto? You can bring out the tartness of any drink by adding lemon or lime juice. Sour drinks might include whiskey sours, screwdrivers, vodka gimlets, margaritas, fuzzy navels, and sloe gin fizzes. Sweet drinks are generally served after dinner in place of desserts, and would be grasshoppers, Smith & Kerns, kahlua and cream, or other libations whose principal ingredient besides the liquor is ice-cream. Be careful with ice-cream-based drinks as they taste so good you might drink too many.
