She's 18, not much you can do. Your gonna feel a little sad/weird because that is your little girl. She is now a women and she is going to be doing adult things. Just educate her in the harms that can happen and hang in there.
P.S. It's hard to let your little girl become a women but it is just a fact of life. Let her grow.

She's 18 - legally able to consent to sexual activity. If she's still living in your home you can establish rules regarding curfew, household contributions, etc. but you cannot control most other things in her life now.

You probably are not going to be okay with it but if she's 18 she's legally an adult so there's not much you can do. If, however, she's living with you on your money, she's not independent and you can control your home and the computer, and money which I hope you aren't giving her.
