Don't force it,just take her out and give her a good time,let her see you for who you are,fun to be with,and so on.
You do that and she may do more than just a simple kiss.

You will know when the time is right, you'll just get "this feeling" and then you go for it in whatever way you think suits her personality. If she is a very formal person, you can ask her it is is okay. Or if you know she will be fine with it, then you can just slowly move towards her (giving her the opportunity to know what is up and move out of the way if she isn't ready) and then lay it on her.

If the "moment" doesn't naturally present itself; then kiss her goodnight. You'll feel the timing when it's right; and don't be afraid. I'm sure she wants you to kiss her as much as you do.

try watching a movie together on the couch,and get close during the film.keep telling her how beautiful she is,then gently put your arms around her and give her a kiss.
