A disease which gives you the urge to shout out bad language. When you feel uncomfortable your brain makes a bad connection somewhere and then it starts. Mozart Amadeus suffered from it. Syndrome de la Tourette, it is called.

It causes various involuntary "spasms," depending on the person. Some people scream or blurt things out uncontrollably, that's why people think Tourette's is a disease that makes you "yell bad words." But it can also cause muscle spasms, like facial tics, and various other involuntary movements.
