Petedge is a great place! It gives you already made costumes and dresses and I think some 'formal' wear too...

You could look around the charity shops, if you don't find anything suitable you might find some material to make your own. That way the charity gains aswell

you can go to joanns frabics and make something out of that because you can cut you own frabic there, or you can get it at petsmart
