How silly! French fries have nothing to do with the french! It's just a name that someone invented. French fries in France are actually called Pomme Fritz(nothing to do with the germans)! And why do the Americans have such an aversion to the French? Who wants to fight a war about oil and hurt feelings?
George Bush says it's because they tried to kill his DADDY, it's really about stupiditie, real stupiditie!

no, we're all so used to french fries...and just because there was an issue with france or something we shouldn't change it to "freedom" fries....its too long and plus..french fries sounds better...
