US military would say Navy Seals, then USMC force recon, then about any of the other services special units
World wide Military - Turks (Turkey) then Israel, and then probably the British Special Forces.

If you think that people in any sort of military unit use throwing knives or even fight with knives a lot I think that you have watched way too many Chuck Norris movies. Why use a knife when you can shoot them?
