Oscar De La Hoya and his six pack couldn't help him with a well placed lefthook to the body from Bernard Hopkins.
Ripped abs, huge arms, thick neck none of that matters in boxing if your in shape you should nothing to worry about but to think just because you have a six pack compared to the other guys/girls flat but not as defined stomach and thinking you will be able to take the better punch, think again Brad, just ask Oscar, Thomas Damgard when he got dropped by a lefthook to the body by Gatti, ask him and his well ripped abs.
