Wear lots and lots of makeup and a really tight short skirt, a top with lots of cleavage. Make sure you put on a super generous amount of very strong perfume. You should chew an extra big piece of gum so that your minty fresh. If your 10 or 15 minutes late... no biggie, its lucky for them that your even showing up at all. Tell them you want porn access on the internet and that 2 hour lunches are a must. Ask them if its ok that some days you have to bring the twins with you, when your husband is doing community service. Call your boss "toots" or sweetie, it makes them feel special, and be sure to comment on what a hottie her husbands picture is on the desk. Tell her you think her hair style is... "interesting".

Good Luck!!!
(you got a lot of really good answers, so I couldnt resist :)

Dress nicely, and go there with smile on your face.
Always look at the interviewer in the face, and speak clearly.
Also, if you did not understand the question very well, then do not be afraid to ask what it means.
Be prepared for some common questions such as 'why should we hire you?' or 'what makes you think you are the best candidate?' Don't just say because you are a quick learner or you just think you are the best, but tell them why you think you are the best.
If they ask you what your weakness is, then do never say you have no weakness, because everyone has one or two and they know it, which makes them think you are a lire. So tell them what your weakness is, but tell them how you can remedy it sop they do not worry about it.
They often ask you at the end of the interview if you have any question, so always prepare something to ask.

Before your interview, do your research. Learn about the company, and, if you know exactly who will be interviewing you, learn as much as you can about your interviewer. Be sure that you know the lingo of the business and can use it correctly. Dress professionally and be on time.

When you meet your interviewer, give them a firm handshake. Try to relax and be yourself. Part of the interviewing process is convincing the interviewer that you will fit in with the culture of the company. Have several questions prepared - asking questions about the job and the interviewer shows your interest in the company. You might consider asking the interviewer how long they have been with the company, their favorite part of the job, their least favorite part of the job, what their typical day is like, etc. Be prepared to answer questions about your potential job to show that you are capable of excelling at it. Remember that you are interviewing them as well -- you want to make sure this is the job you want and that you will like the company.

Sit up straight in your chair and try not to fidget is a good way to start. Look the person in the eye when you are talking to them and be confident in what you are saying. Although you want to be professional, try and let some of your personality come out so the person can see you as fitting in with the team. Make sure you have clean hair, shoes and are wearing clothes that you are comfortable in. If your shirt is to tight or you are feeling uncomfortable this will make you feel edgy. If the company has a website or any literature read it before hand. One of the common questions is "have you seen our website?" At least if you have you can show that you are keen to know about the company. Think through questions they may ask, like " what are your weak areas or areas to improve on". but don't go in too scripted as it will make it all seem to planned and false. So smile, breathe deeply, give them a firm hand shake, look them in the eye and find out when you are going to start the job! Good luck.

TIPS FOR A POSITIVE INTERVIEW

Do not put anything on the interviewer’s desk.

Use the interviewer’s name-title and last-form time to time as you speak. Don’t use the interviewer’s first name unless you have been requested to do so.

Phrase your questions so that you sound sure of yourself. “What would be my duties? Sounds more assertive than “What are the duties of the jobs?”

Use good grammar and diction. Say “yes”, not “yeh”.

Listen to how quickly you speak and look for moderation. Don’t talk too fast. Don’t pepper the hiring manager with too many facts at once.

Don’t fill pauses with “um”, “uh”, or “ah”. Don’t punctuate sentences with “you know”, “like”, “see”, or “okay”.

Punctuate your speech just as you would a sentence. Stress the words that are most important. Don’t arbitrarily emphasize every third word; don’t keep your voice a monotone.

Use active verbs.

Don’t use the words “think”, “guess”, or “feel”, which sound indecisive. Sound positive. Also, avoid vague phrases such as “pretty good”, or “fairly well”. Talk about your skills with positive words.

Watch the tone of your voice. While it might be trendy among your friends to end a sentence with a higher tone of voice, so that sentences sound like questions, this habit will kill your credibility with hiring managers.

Offer examples of your accomplishments. Use illustrations, descriptions, statistics, and testimonials to support your claims.

Dress for the part so that they can see you in that role. Walk into the room with confidence, to create a good impression. Make sure that you've done as much research as you can into the company and what the job is likely to entail. Try to think of the encounter as a really pleasant experience so that you can relax and be yourself. Prepare an intelligent question or two for that awkward time at the end when they ask if you have any questions. A good question is related to future prospects: training opportunities, etc.

Best of luck!

Dress nicely, but don't overdress for the position. Rule of thumb: Consider it as though you already have the position and you have an important meeting with clients of the comany. In addition to being dressed nicely, many employers will see this as a sign that you have done some research into the company.

Review your resume again, as many employers are going to take questions directly from the resume, so prepare yourself to discuss any items.

Any negatives about your previous position - the reason you left, interactions with supervisors, etc. - try to find ways to answer questions truthfully but in a positive way.

My aunt is a VP at her company, and does a lot of interviewing. She said the thing that people do frequently that immediate makes her decide not to hire them is when she asks a question and then they feed her a lot of bull, but never actually answer the question. It is okay to say, "I don't know." Or, "I've never actually been in a situation like that, but if something like that did happen..." or something like that. They can tell when you are just trying to make up an answer.

Dont give the interviewer any reason not to employ you as they are looking to eliminate you from the race.

Also be very enthusiastic because even if you dont have the perfect skills for the job (and most candidates dont) you will stand out by demonstarting the sheer will to succeed and apply yourself to the role.

Arrive early - there is nothing worse than being late for an interview as it immediately creates a bad impresion!

Wear something comfortable and stylish.

Listen to the questions they ask. Its OK to ask them to repeat the question.

Take your time to think over the question - you do not need to answer straight away.

Take deep breaths.

Look them in the eye.

Smile.

And believe in yourself!!

GOOD LUCK - HOPE IT GOES WELL!!!
