Don't worry... Has she done anything else to her teeth in this period? If she has wipe her teeth or scrub her teeth, then that should be fine. If however she have smear faecal matter over her teeth, well that is another matter.
Your question is speculative, has she not brush her teeth for 3 days? Has it already happened?

give her some listerine or make her brush. food could be getting trapped between her teeth and gums making her more vulnerable to cavaties
