Would a cream of something spoil? Would a flavor change with age?

Anything with a high sugar content stored in a sealed container will last for a very long time. Most alcohols are made with some sort of malt with more sugar added, or sometimes not. The sugar/malt contents, in addition to the preservation qualities of the alcohol itself make these beverages shelf for a long, long time. I have a bottle of 50 year old gin that was opened 50 years ago and is still good, only a little stronger from some evaporation of water.

The cream factor depends on whether there is real cream in the liqeuor or an imitation cream. Most liqueors don't use real creams. If you're asking about a particular type of liquor or liqueor, visit the distillers website and ask them. They should be very eager to help.

no, some get better with age and some stay the same, wine for example can age for 100yrs.
