I have lots of cuts bruises and scars on my skin how do I get rid of them?

Cuts and bruises will disappear, but scars are there to stay. Go to a tattoo artist and see if they can change an ugly scar into a nice looking picture. I think tattoos are better looking then a scar.

Are they skinny and long? purple? they are stretch marks. it is whilst your pores and skin stretches to a undeniable quantity that this is on the verge of umm....thinning. eat wholesome and excercise. And placed diet E cream on it whether this is. they're going to slowly fade. it could take a while, in spite of the fact that it is going to circulate, wait and spot.

Lasers have been used with some success. See a dermatologist.
