Yes they are. Some live as forgiven sinners, others continue in sin caring nothing for forgiveness. They will receive none, per their request. Christ came to live the life we could not, and pay the penalty for our failure so that we would not have to. Thanks to Jesus, we forgiven sinners will begin the process of sinning less until that day he returns for us and finishes the work of our perfection. The unforgiven (unrepentant) sinner is just stockpiling his or her iniquity until that same day Jesus returns and gives them what their lives have earned for them without His salvation.

No all people are not sinners. All people have been sinners, but not all people are sinners. Genuine Christians no longer commit sin. He who commits sin is of the devil and Christians are not of the devil.

YES! If you're not a sinner, then you'd be perfect. Everyone has sinned, if you say you haven't then you are not in touch with truth.

Yes, no one reflects back the glory due God
at best we do good looking respectable things but mostly for our own peace of mind or to get along in the world or minimize pain
it takes mercy from God to change through the gospel

Yes because we are not God. God is the only perfect one that is without sin. "We all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God". We are born in sin from the sin of Adam and Eve in paradise. But we can find righteousness through the sacrifice of Jesus Christ on Calvary who died for our sins. "Ye must be born again" and accept Jesus into your heart.
