I hate it when he tries to do that to another female dog and he also tries to hump my cat I know this is instinct but how do I stop him from doing that

Put a penny in a soda can and shake vigorously every time he does it..He will HATE the sound, and soon make the connection..

Well unless your dog smells another female on heat in your area could be why he is like that..
I would suggest neutering your dog before he becomes out of hand in the long run cause they do get worse after a while..

i think that's natural.if i were u ill just leave my dog alone and let him do whatever he wants.humping a female dog is natural unless your dog humps another dog.in that case just let him be he'll grow out of it.but if your dog loves bitches i suggest to let them be free.hehe.i have 2 dogs and i just let them run around the neigborhood and let them do whatever they want..our neighbor always gets mad cause all their female dogs are pregnant!haha!but its all up to you

This is how dogs tell other animals who the boss is. Just make him stop when he does it! It doesnt matter if they are neutered or not. He will still do it.

THE BEST THING IS TO HAVE HIM NUETERED. ESPECIALLY
IF HE IS NOT GOING TO BE USED FOR BREEDING. I HAVE
BEEN IN THIS SITUATION, IT CAUSED MY DOG TO HAVE
HEALTH PROBLEMS. I ENDED UP HAVING TO PUT HIM DOWN FROM IT.
