I would go to a doctor right away. You may just think that this bloody nose and aching neck and shoulder will just go away, and maybe they will. But you son't want to take that chance. To me this sounds like a doctors problem.
Get Well Soon.

Your nostril makes mucus to lure filth and crud within the air earlier than it will get to the lungs. Unfortunately there also are fragile blood vessels within the center of the nostril that may bleed from drying out within the dry wintry weather air, or from allergic reactions or different irritations. These little blood vessels can bleed and it more commonly comes out the nostrils, however too can simply kind of labor it is long ago up and across the mucus. The mucus holds it in location just a little greater, up within the nostril, however ultimately that bloody mucus unearths its approach out, and you then get your pleasant bloody snot. Use a humidifier in case your air is dry, use saline spray and even vaseline to hold your nostril wet. Don't use drying medicinal drugs like decongestants, or blow your nostril too rough. You do not have to be involved. You would possibly feel it is detrimental, however it is snot. (lame comic story)

It is possible that someone punched you in the nose while you were sleeping. Elves, lepurachauns, trolls, and munchkins are the common culprits. They hide under your bed, wait for you to go to sleep, and BAM!
