Why are you gonna waste your money on customizing a 02 Corolla? Just save your money.
But if your bent on customizing it...go buy a FOR SALE sign...put it in your windown...sell your car...and go out and buy a Celica. Then customize that.

rims, lower it 2-3 inches, tinted windows spoiler, custom head and tail lights, make the rims like 22's, and a custom exhaust and neon

first you have to make it average before it can be cool. I see a lot of black lights. a good exhaust system ads to the feel

there are several parts available from TRD for this model.
parts will be safe and exact fitment; you should be able to get lowering springs, rims and tires (get this elsewhere), sports muffler, body kit, and cold air intake.
probably shouldn't spend much more than that.

rims, tint, lowering springs, cold air intake, exhaust, shave emblems, that's about it. I don't think they make much aftermartket stuff for that car.
