I had a bottle of Bailey's that got pretty warm, about 110 F (already opened). Does anyone know if it is good to drink? Has anyone ever done something like this and drank it? Also, I have heard you are supposed to refrigerate cream liqueors. How many people do that and how long do you store opened bottles?

Usually Bailey's doesn't need to be refrigerated. I had a bottle that got warm and then it curdled. It wasn't good and I had to throw it away. I would say that unless it has curdled, it would still be good.

As much as you bought it off the shelf, once it's opened it has to be refridgerated, this is because Baileys use real cream and as you know cream like milk needs to be chilled if you dont oxygenation comes into effect, then it starts to curdled, oh and dont store for long ( 1 week ) as i said above.
P.S i drink baileys on a regular basis.

Bailey's goes bad pretty quick. If you want something with a longer shelf life, look for "creme" liqueor not "cream" liqueor. They don't have real cream in them and don't taste quite as good straight up, but they are cheaper and you can't hardly tell in a mix. The law says they can't spell it "cream" unless it has real cream in it.

my guess is yes! because i don't think they use real cream in it. it is some kind of non-dairy creamer .
